Size: 12.9 x 7.7 cm.
Envelope (front): Postage stamp on upper right corner. Bottom left corner of stamp folded up. Green ink "cancellation" stamp to left of postage stamp states: ELIZABETHTOWN, DEC 27, MINN | "Mr: Christian Frautschi |Madison Wisconsin" appears in red ink on front middle. "18 unc.(?) / 78-JL." Appears in pencil on front bottom left
Envelope (verso): The following numbers appear in pencil, near right upper corner:

A slash appears between 55.52 and the rest.
