Summary:

Johann writes that he would be pleased if Christian could come up to St. Paul for a visit, and then they could both go to visit their sick brother J. Peter. Johann mentions that the value of his real estate continues to grow, and wonders if Christian would be interested in buying property in St. Paul as well. He provides directions to his home, presumably from the train station.
