Summary:

Johann's business is doing well, and he has hired an employee. He was offered $800 dollars more for a lot than he paid for it, but has decided to hold onto his properties for now. He complains that his contractor is not doing as good a job as he had hoped. Johann sends greetings from his minister, one August Hülster.
